Panak Island, Phang Nga Bay is a stunning destination located between Phuket and the mainland of Phang Nga province in southern Thailand. Sea Caves & Hidden Lagoons: Panak Island is famous for its "hongs" (collapsed cave systems), which can be accessed by sea kayak during low tide. Inside, you'll find mystical lagoons surrounded by towering cliffs. (Mangrove cave or Ice cream cave depend on the tide level).
